School for Social Entrepreneurs

School for Social Entrepreneurs is a charity that works to support people and organisations working entrepreneurially for social or environmental impact. They help people to establish new social organisations and to scale and replicate existing ones through learning, funding and mentoring. Each year, SSE supports over 1,000 social sector leaders so they are better equipped to strengthen organisations that create positive change for people and communities.

SSE are market leaders in cohort-based learning. Their approach to learning is inspiring, action-based and tailored to the needs of those attending our programmes. Their programmes are interactive and allow people to learn from experts and, above all, each other. 

Social investment will be used towards the purchase of 'The Home for Social Enterprise', on Dock Street in London, in partnership with Social Enterprise UK. The vision is for the building to be London's shared home for social enterprise and social entrepreneurs. They will create a place open to all, alive with ambition, rich in collaboration and productivity. The home for social enterprise and entrepreneurs will imagine and deliver the future of business and of society, and inspire others across the country and around the world.
