Yonder People CIC is a newly established not-for-profit social care recruitment agency dedicated to connecting experienced child social care professionals with suitable public sector roles. Yonder’s mission is to create a workforce that meets everyone’s needs by ensuring there are enough professionals with both the expertise and life experience that leaders can rely on to fill essential positions.

They aim to transform social care recruitment by reducing costs through minimizing profiteering, enhancing workforce skills with increased training and development, fostering collaboration and shared learning with local authorities, improving the quality of temporary social care workers, and providing a replicable model to reduce agency dependency across the UK.

Yonder People CIC will used the social investment to fund the first phase of Yonder’s operations and the creation of a learning and development offer for all of their agency workers across member Local Authorities.
